Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your email boxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox you wish to forward e-mails from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
